Reporting a Fault

If you believe your product is faulty in terms of quality, stitching, or embellishment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once your query is received, our Quality Control Department will assess the issue and get back to you promptly.
If a major fault is verified, we will offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases.
